With EV Inventory Optimization you get the effort to calculate a demand forecasting based on the historical data you may have on your items.

The demand forecasting gives you the data foundation to calculate item parameters, for the Demand planning, setup specific area/interval for the Cost volume by defining your company inventory interest.

This allows you to get suggestion for new Reorder point and Reorder Quantity, as well as almost all demand parameters you have available on the Item and Stockkeeping Unit Card.

By concurrently calculating these parameters you get the possibility to update all included items parameter and then use these new setting in your Demand Forecasting.
